I have lived in the Puget Sound Area for over 50 years. I have many years of experience as a certified residential appraiser, which I believe gives me a distinct advantage when it comes to assisting my clients with determining home values. One of the most important decisions when selling a home is deciding on a value that will bring the optimal result. The completion of over 3,000 appraisals has given me in depth knowledge of home values and market conditions in most area neighborhoods. When looking to buy a home it is important to help my clients submit offers that best suit their budget needs as well as receive the greatest consideration from sellers. As an approved FHA appraiser, I have the knowledge needed to help make sure the homes condition is readied to pass the more stringent FHA and USDA underwriting guidelines.
