Wendy has lived in Cheney for over 20 years and is a proud mother of a special needs son with Down Syndrome, a college-going daughter, and a soon-to-be Cougar graduate son. In her free time, Wendy serves on the Joya Board of Directors, enjoys time with her family and pets, is a sports enthusiast, and loves the outdoors.

Being the daughter of a retired Air Force officer, Wendy understands the unique challenges and opportunities that come with PCS relocation and military life. Drawing on her 29 years of experience as a college basketball coach, she brings a wealth of interpersonal skills, adaptability, and teamwork to her real estate career. As a John L.
